Concealment Furniture Legal Disclaimer

Flawless Cuts LLC – Personalized Furniture and Far More

Flawless Cuts LLC designs and builds custom furniture, including pieces that may incorporate concealment or hidden compartment features. By purchasing, commissioning, or using any product from Flawless Cuts, you agree to the following:

1. Intended Use

All products are intended for lawful purposes only. Concealment features are designed for discretion and organization and are not intended for illegal use.

2. Local Sales & In-Person Transactions

Flawless Cuts LLC operates as a local business. All products are sold:

  • In person

  • Through direct communication

  • At local markets, events, or custom order arrangements

Customers have the opportunity to inspect products and ask questions prior to purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Security

Concealment features are designed to be discreet but are not safes and are not guaranteed to be:

  • Childproof

  • Tamper-proof

  • Airtight or secure against forced entry

Concealment should not be relied upon as a substitute for proper security devices such as safes or locking storage systems.

4. Firearm & Dangerous Item Storage Warning

Flawless Cuts LLC does not sell or provide firearms or hazardous items.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Safe and lawful storage of any firearms or dangerous items

  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Preventing access by children, unauthorized users, or prohibited persons

Concealment alone does not provide safe or legal firearm storage.

5. Child Safety Warning

Concealment furniture is not inherently childproof.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Children may discover or access hidden compartments

  • Improper use or unsecured dangerous items may result in serious injury or death

Customers are fully responsible for supervising children and preventing access to any hazardous contents.

6. Entrapment & Misuse Warning

Hidden compartments are not designed for occupancy.

Flawless Cuts LLC expressly warns that:

  • Entering or attempting to enter a compartment may result in entrapment, injury, or death

  • Compartments are not ventilated or designed for human containment

Customers agree to ensure that no person, especially children, uses or accesses compartments in an unsafe manner.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

By accepting the product at pickup or delivery, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The product meets agreed specifications

  • The condition is satisfactory

  • Responsibility for use transfers fully to the customer

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawless Cuts LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Misuse of any product

  • Failure to properly secure dangerous items

  • Unauthorized access by children or third parties

  • Injury, death, or damages resulting from use or inability to access a compartment

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flawless Cuts LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Misuse or negligent use of products

  • Improper storage of firearms or hazardous items

  • Failure to prevent unauthorized access

10. No Legal Advice

Flawless Cuts LLC does not provide legal advice regarding firearm storage or concealment laws. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

Flawless Cuts LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

  • Concealment features are not a substitute for safes or secure storage systems

  • They are solely responsible for the safe, lawful, and proper use of the product

  • They will take all necessary precautions to prevent access by children or unauthorized individuals

  • They assume all risks associated with the use, misuse, or access to the product after acceptance
